Infusion Therapy London
Consultant-led private care

Thoughtful mental health care for complex needs.

Specialist assessment and personalised treatment planning for people who need a careful, clinically guided approach.

Structured assessment

When standard approaches have not been enough.

Many people come to us after trying to manage symptoms for a long time with limited progress. The first stage is not about rushing into treatment — it is about understanding what has been tried, what has not helped, and what may be appropriate now.

“A careful route into specialist care.”

Starting point

Why people seek support

Common starting points can include:

  • Persistent low mood or depression
  • Anxiety that remains despite therapy or medication
  • Trauma-related symptoms or emotional distress
  • Chronic stress, burnout, or emotional exhaustion
  • Treatment-resistant symptoms or complex presentations

Suitability and treatment options are assessed individually by a clinician.

Clinician-led pathway

A more considered journey than simply trying the next thing.

Each stage helps narrow uncertainty, protect safety and build a plan around the person rather than the diagnosis alone.

01

Listen

Understand what has been tried.

The first stage explores your history, symptoms, previous treatments and what has or has not helped.

02

Assess

Review suitability and safety.

A clinician considers current symptoms, medical history, risk factors, goals and clinical suitability.

03

Plan

Build a personalised pathway.

Recommendations are shaped around clinical judgement, individual need and realistic next steps.

04

Explore

Consider advanced treatment options.

Advanced options

Treatment pathways may include specialist-administered approaches such as infusion, where clinically appropriate.

05

Support

Review, monitor and adjust.

Care may include follow-up, monitoring and adjustment where ongoing support is clinically appropriate.

Evidence-informed, not one-size-fits-all.

The pathway is designed to make treatment decisions more careful, transparent and clinically grounded.

Specialist pathways · Case-by-case suitability

Exploring advanced treatment options.

For some individuals, standard treatment pathways may not provide sufficient improvement. In certain cases, and only following a full clinical assessment, treatment pathways may include specialist-administered approaches such as infusion-based therapies.

These approaches are not suitable for everyone. The priority is to understand whether a specialist pathway is clinically appropriate, safe and aligned with the person’s wider care needs.

“Access begins with assessment, not assumption.”

Careful screening

Suitability, risks and clinical need are reviewed before specialist options are considered.

Medical oversight

Where required, treatment is delivered within an appropriate clinical framework.

Monitoring

Response, wellbeing and next steps are reviewed throughout the process.

Integrated support

Planning may include psychological support, aftercare and existing care coordination.

The wider care picture matters.

Specialist options are considered alongside support, aftercare and existing treatment needs.

Clear pathway · Informed decision-making

Your journey with us.

We prioritise clarity, safety and informed decision-making at every stage.

You do not need to know the right pathway before starting. The process is designed to clarify that carefully.

01

Begin

Initial consultation

A detailed discussion with a qualified clinician to understand your history, concerns, previous treatment and goals.

02

Review

Clinical assessment

A structured evaluation to determine appropriate treatment pathways, suitability and safety considerations.

03

Plan

Personalised plan

A tailored recommendation based on your individual needs, clinical history and the clinician’s judgement.

04

Support

Ongoing support

Continued monitoring, review and adjustments where clinically appropriate.

Safety-first · Clinician-led

Clinical standards and suitability.

Treatment decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, guided by clinical judgement, safety and individual suitability.

“Careful assessment is part of the treatment pathway.”

Comprehensive assessment

A full review of relevant medical, psychological and treatment history before recommendations are made.

Individual suitability

Treatment pathways are considered case by case and are not suitable for everyone.

Clinical monitoring

Where treatment requires medical supervision, monitoring and review are built into the care pathway.

Continuity of care

Recommendations may include therapy, medication review, lifestyle considerations and ongoing support.
